Travel is one of those things that naturally give rise to queries, concerns and doubts, so we’re here to put your mind at ease.

How I can join to be a member of Home Club?

We would be glad to add you to our Hogar Club. Please go to www.hogarclub.com  and select the option of Sign on, located at the right side of Menu header or email us at info@hogarclub.com  and let us know that you would like to receive on Travel information. We will request your name, mailing address and a current email.

Do I have to pay for my trip in advance?

 We require all trip payment to be made in advance to the travel departure date.

Can I pay for my travel in cash?

We do offer cash payment for our travels. You can also pay by check, money order, credit cards or debit cards.

Do you offer any discounts for seniors or members of any associations or groups?

We do not currently offer any discounts for seniors or members of any associations or groups.

Can I pay for my trip when I join the travel?

 No. You must pay for your tour when you make your reservation. We cannot make a  reservation for you without payment.

I missed my tour today (because I overslept/I was delayed/forgot about the trip date). Can I receive a refund for my trip or reschedule my travel?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or travel rescheduling after the travel departure. If you do not think you are going to be able to make your travel, please call and inform us as soon as possible..

How many people go on each travel?

There is no one answer to this question as our travel groups vary from trip to trip. This depends entirely upon our bookings.

How will I receive my tickets of reservations?

Once you've completed the booking process you will see an electronic, ready-to-print ticket on your screen. Not at a printer? No worries, we will also email you this voucher for your records and to print when you have access. You will need to print this voucher to redeem it for your tickets at your destination.

How do I confirm my booking?

Your tickets are purchased and your voucher is printed. All set, right? Not quite! In order to make absolutely sure you are set for travel, please re-confirm your trip with our office at your destination of choice at least 24 to 72-hours in advance of your trip via email (info@hogarclub.com)   or telephone (305-541-3300) .This is a quick verification of your travel details and a great time to arrange any hotel pickups. The contact information for our office will be listed on your trip voucher received at the time of booking.

Which are the types of payments that accept for reservation to my trip?
